The organizers have arranged a special fee for the participants of the workshop and/or doctoral course for the hotels given below. Notice that the reservation of the hotel should be done by the participant him- or herself by sending the document, which can be downloaded here, to the corresponding contact of the hotel. Please observe that for each hotel the rooms are only guaranteed before the date mentioned.
However, the participant is free to reserve another hotel that can be found on the website gent-hotels.
